Things to Consider
With significant growth in the funeral industry and new providers now offering varying services, we would always recommend asking a few basic questions. Or even better speak to them directly, so you can make an informed decision. Things to consider asking include:

Where will the cremation take place? We can tell you where the service will take place, which is not normally included with online providers

How soon will the cremation take place after collection and when will I know? Once collection has taken place it is often the case that this information is not available to family members with online providers.

Are there any hidden charges: Some providers will also charge you for out of hours collection of your loved ones. We don't charge extra!

Can I provide chosen clothing or keep sakes to be placed with my loved one? Most online booked services do not allow for any personal options like this for families.

Can I attend the service: With a simple cremation family members are unable to attend the service. However using a local funeral director they are in most instances able to offer you a small private gathering option on their premises.
